A heartfelt appeal has been made by respected ICAB members, Mr. Md. Bani Amin FCA and Ms. Syeda Marzana Farha FCA, whose daughter, Ms. Wajeeha Amin Rahmi, has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) — an aggressive form of blood cancer.

Currently undergoing treatment at the National University Hospital Singapore (NUHS), Rahmi’s battle for life comes with an overwhelming financial cost. The estimated treatment expense stands at SGD 420,000 (approximately BDT 4 crore), which is far beyond the family’s capacity.

The family has requested that, if possible, contributions be made by 31 May 2025 to ensure timely support for Rahmi’s ongoing treatment.

“Your support can bring hope and healing,” said the family in their message. “Let’s stand together for Rahmi.”

This is not just a medical emergency — it’s a call to humanity. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings Rahmi one step closer to recovery. Let us come together and give this young girl a fighting chance at life.

Additionally, local contributions in Bangladesh can be sent via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket to the number:
